About Us

At the heart of our story is our youngest daughter, Liza Ray, lovingly nicknamed "Ray Ray" since she was a baby. Her love for discovering new chicken restaurants inspired countless family road trips to try the latest spots. One day, her dad—the entrepreneur of the family—had an idea: “Why not create our own chicken restaurant?”

Ray Ray eagerly took on the challenge, even creating her own signature sauce, now famously known as Ray Ray’s Sauce. We’re excited to share our hand-breaded crispy chicken tenders, chicken sliders, wings, and a variety of sides that perfectly complement every bite.

But that’s not all. We’re also proud to feature Logan’s Frozen Custard, a creation by Ray Ray’s sister, Logan. Our homemade custards include signature blends with thoughtfully chosen toppings for delicious concrete desserts, as well as a build-your-own option with an array of mix-ins to customize your treat.
